Is booking online with my Debit/Credit card safe?with our site it is 100% safe and your card willl not be charged until 10 minutes prior to your cleaner showing up.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?we require a 24 hour window to cancel but we do understand things come up. If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment before 24 hours, we would like for you to call the office at 251-363-4002 and do so. If you want another appointment you will have to schedule again online or call the number above. You get only 2 times to cancel in a month period. Anything more and we will have to cancel services for 6 months and after 6 months you will be able to make another appointment. This policy is to insure that neither one of us wastes time and to be courteous to other customers who need appointments as well. Thank you.

What If I don't have a Debit/Credit card?Thats Okay! your debit/credit card is just for a quicker pay method but we do accept cash as well. When dealing with cash, you must pay your worker as soon as they arrive we only accept payments when we get on the job site. The only reason why we do this is because we do not like for workers to accept payments only the business owner or manager can take a payment.

What If I don't like my service?If for any reason you're not satisfied with your service call our office and we will do our best to correct it. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS! our workers work very hard and travel far to get to clients. We will do what we can to make it right because we hate to lose a contract and most importantly a client. Please call the office and tell us how we can improve.
